Inversion workshop for all levels!

In this 2 hour workshop we will practice strengthening and flexibility drills to introduce you to, or deepen your knowledge of inversions. Working with technique as well as strength to be more confident upside down. There will be “feet-up” trainers, we will use the wall and other props for headstands, forearm balances and handstands.
