CANCELLATION POLICIES

 

CANCELLATION : If you cancel your bike 8 hours before your scheduled class, your credit will be stay on your file. If you cancel your bike within our 8-hour cancellation policy, your credit will be lost. Unlimited packages (introductory offers, monthly recurring, etc.) will be charged $10 + applicable taxes for classes canceled within this time frame.

 

NO SHOW: If you do not cancel your bike within our 8-hour cancellation window and fail to attend your scheduled ride, your class credit will be lost. Unlimited packages (introductory offers, monthly recurring, etc.) will be charged a single class rate.

 

WAITING LIST: When a spot becomes available, you will receive a notification (email and/or text message) up to 2 hours prior to class time. If you are added into class, you will be held to the same cancellation policy as our classes.
