Inner Soul Yoga and Cycle – Ottawa Yoga Classes and Indoor Cycling Classes


The benifits of this outdoor low impact, high energy activity includes caloric expenditure of 20-45%, increases heart rate, increased upper body strenght, core stability and tension relief in the neck and shoulders.  Each week, rain or shine, you will progress and develope techinque from basic to more advanced.  Introductory workshop will be held on the first day.  Poles are available or bring your own.  From beginner to advanced, Nordic Walking can help you achieve your fitness goals.
