This magical experience will begin in a Candlelit room filled warmth and sprinkled with scents of sage as Kate guides us through a series of gentle Yin poses and a beautiful meditation.
Victor will join us as he introduces a treatment of Reiki to everyone. A treatment which feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well being.
