Have you ever wondered what all the different styles of yoga are and what makes them unique? Do you have a desire to begin a regular yoga practice and discover the ways in which yoga, breathing and meditation can help reduce stress, build strength and flexibility and to help to calm the mind?
We are offering an 8 week Introduction to Yoga Course that will assist you in finding the style of yoga that is right for you, we will offer an introduction to each style of yoga and show you ways to use the breath to calm the mind as well as helping you to create a yoga practice that works for you.
Week 1 ~ Yogic breathing, Gentle & Restorative Yoga
Week 2 ~ Hatha Yoga
Week 3 ~ Yin Yoga
Week 4 ~ Hot Yoga
Week 5 ~ Power Yoga
Week 6 ~ Kundalini Yoga
Week 7 ~ Yoga for Athletes & Runners
Week 8 ~ Meditation and Stress Management
Tuesday nights 7:30 pm- 8:30 pm
