Yoga and I have a complicated dating history. Our first date was a disaster so we took a long break. We tried again and broke up numerous times. I got to a place in life where I needed the mindfulness and stress management I’d heard associated with yoga by so many friends.
Kerry welcomed me warmly to her classes. She is patient and supportive and a wealth of information. She approaches her practice with a calmness & levity that I haven’t seen in other teachers. As a beginner, I can assure other beginners that Kerry makes yoga accessible and even fun. I have every confidence that, like she did for me, Kerry will help you find your way to a healthful relationship with yoga.
