This class is a heart pounding, fat burning, full-body workout that utilizes stability balls, weights and resistance tubing combined with aerobic conditioning drills. This empowering group strength workout will hit every muscle in your entire body like nothing you have ever encountered! Designed for all participant levels and incorporates interval strength conditioning with high intensity cardio to challenge participants to their full potential.


A total body workout utilizing weights, tubing and resist-a- balls with focus on activating the deep core muscles.  A variety of core conditioning and compound movements combined to improve your functional strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and posture.
