2-hour pre-race workshop focused on loosening tight hips and hamstrings. A yoga teacher for over 15 years and a runner for over 10 years, Nadia knows the types of injuries caused by running and how to counter them through yoga. Nadia specifically geared this workshop to meet runners’ needs for balance, strength and flexibility. During the workshop Nadia will also share some useful tips on how to avoid injury and eliminate aches and pains.
